About:

Tim is a strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health. His background includes private performance facilities, rehab focused environments, and high end club settings, shaping a practical, results driven approach that meets people where they are. At Vero, Tim specializes in helping golfers move better, train smarter, and stay pain free, while also working with athletes and everyday adults who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. His coaching philosophy is body first: understand how someone moves, address limitations, and then build strength that carries over to sport and daily life. Tim has extensive experience collaborating with physical therapists and medical professionals, allowing him to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. This is especially valuable for clients returning from injury, managing chronic pain, or rebuilding trust in their bodies after time away from training. Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals focused on long term health, Tim’s goal is the same: clear coaching, thoughtful progression, and sustainable results.
